Hello and welcome!
Knowing that I love to cook, exercise and travel, I initially thought that this blog would be simply to to chronicle my life adventures with regards to the three. So, you might find fabulous recipes here, workout ideas or great pictures from recent trips. However, you might also get a sense of me, as I struggle through eating disorders, injuries from too much exercise, and discontent with jobs because they keep me from traveling around the world. Therefore, I want this blog to go beyond simply hobbies to be an expression of me as well as a therapy outlet for me and others. I want to use this as a space for sharing as we all struggle through aspects of life. I have finally sought help from a sports nutritionist after 10 years of eating issues, so this is another major step for me in publicizing aspects of my life to get feedback in how to better them. And finally, "all in moderation," is my philosophy and guiding principle now in life. It is hard to live by as I can be extreme in exercise, eating, and traveling, so help me in following this motto!
