Lunch time run and refuel




Samantha and I got to go for a 45 min jog and finish up by walking 15 min during the lunch hour. The rain drops actually were a welcome addition to the run.

After lunch, I was able to refuel with the following super tasty lunch:
  • 1/4 cup lentils
  • 1/2 Ezekiel pita
  • 1 large tomato
  • 2 cups of mixed greens
  • 4 small carrots
  • 2 tbs salsa
  • 8 almonds
  • 1 tbs balsamic vinaigrette dressing
  • 1 small Fuji apple
